Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to addresses within Australia only. If you are located outside of Australia, please get in touch with us for assistance.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status and location of your package.

Returns and Exchanges Policy
At Linen Harbour, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges policy.
- Returns
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned within 14 days of receiving the item.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at contactus@linenharbour.com.au to obtain a return authorisation. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds: Once we review your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Exchanges
Eligibility: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and unused. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at contactus@linenharbour.com.au .
